Founded in 2026, boxd builds development environments for fast-growing engineering teams: lightning-fast, persistent-by-default, hardware-isolated, and forkable machines. Soon, 99.9% of code will be written and maintained by agents, and they'll need billions of machines exactly like these. That's what we're building.
About the role
You'll work alongside the founders on the day-to-day of building a company: events, social media, internal automations, and the operational work that keeps a fast team fast.
This is an internship for a generalist who wants to see how a company gets built from the inside.
What you'll do
- Help organize internal and external events: team breakfasts, meetups, and everything around them.
- Create content for our social media and help grow the audience around boxd.
- Build internal automations that save the team hours every week.
- Keep the systems, docs, and processes the team runs on up to date.
About you
- You're highly proactive. You make things happen, and you don't wait to be told how.
- You're organized and comfortable with ambiguity.
- You're genuinely interested in technology, and AI is your default tool for getting things done.
- You communicate clearly, in writing and in the room.
- You're studying or recently graduated.
- You're in Amsterdam, or excited to relocate for the internship.
